Brittney Nicole Sturtevant is the founding attorney of Sturtevant Law.
Brittney completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles. After college, she made a year-long commitment to serve as a JusticeCorps fellow (an AmeriCorps program) in Oakland, California. She focused her efforts to providing legal information to self-represented litigants to assist them with resolving important legal matters. Brittney later received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, she served on the Hastings Business Law Journal and was External Vice President of the Pilipino American Law Society. She was a judicial intern for the Honorable Trina Thompson in Superior Court of California, County of Alameda as well as the Honorable Nathan D. Mihara in the California Sixth District Court of Appeal. She also worked as a summer associate for a technology company in the Silicon Valley.
Brittney is a part of the Bay Area Legal Incubator (BALI), a community of attorneys dedicated to providing affordable legal services and promoting social justice.
